Migraine headaches

How many people take painkillers for headaches? We often find in our consultations that a great many people are affected by headaches. What can I do about it? And what about migraines?

From our experience, we know that it’s very important to understand what type of headache you’re dealing with. Many people classify their headaches as migraines, even though they’re actually tension headaches. Others think it’s just a tense neck and shoulders, but they actually have migraines. You already know that you should drink at least 2–3 liters of plain water (still) every day, and of course you do that. Your digestion is fine, your bowel movements are regular, and you avoid caffeine, such as coffee, cola, black tea, and so on. A balanced diet is a given for you, and naturally, you don’t smoke either.

If you’ve ruled out these factors and still have headaches, especially at night and in the morning, then it could be related to your sleeping and lying habits.
Ever thought about that? Probably not.
The good news is that many people have already been helped to leave their headaches behind. I can’t tell you whether you’re one of them. If you find the headaches bothersome, still have enough hope, and want to see improvement, then the free informational session at the RLS Sleep Solutions Centers will answer some important questions that will really take you a big step forward.
